I had the pleasure of doing business with Todd when he sold me his Wilson Benesch Torus subwoofers a few weeks ago. Unlike many dealers who expect you to pick up the equipment from their facility, Todd was kind enough to bring the subs and matching amplifiers to my house. Not only that, but he also unpacked the boxes and set up everything for me. He even let me borrow his expensive speaker cables until I could purchase my own. If you have worked with Todd, you would know that he is a perfectionist. After configuring the subs, he spent an extra 4-5 hours trying to get everything right! When I was purchasing the subs from him, Todd told me that his goal was to make sure I’m 100% satisfied. Well, he stayed true to his words. He came back to my house a second time to make sure everything was working as expected. He even helped with positioning my speakers (at no extra cost) to get the best out of them. Talk about white glove service to the max!
I have worked with other dealers before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Todd wants to make sure his clients are beyond ecstatic and would go to any length to make that happen. If you’re looking to do business with someone who provides excellent service (and advice) above and beyond most Hifi audio dealers, look no further. The other thing I appreciated was that there was never any pressure from Todd to upsell. Hopefully, I will have the opportunity to do business with Todd again.
